Dungeness lies at the southernmost point of Kent and has one of the longest pebble beaches of the world. The place is unique, uncompromising and eerily beautiful and at the same time bleak, barren and inhospitable. The surreal environment is dominated by a scattered collection of dwellings, old machinery, dilapidated fishing huts and boats.
